Reliable design

Supporting ceramic balls are used at the bottom of the adsorption tower to make the air distribution more uniform, which can not only prevent the adsorbent at the bottom from soaking in water, but also prolong the life of the adsorbent; with the specially designed stainless steel diverter, the pressure loss can be greatly reduced.

Special tailor-made high-performance adsorbent can achieve excellent dew point.

The whole series is equipped with high-performance pneumatic valves as standard.

The reliability and pressure loss are greatly worried about thin film valves, solenoid valves, etc.; equipped with multiple protection electric heaters, greatly improving reliability

Various control options

A full range of standard microcomputer controllers;

Optional: Siemens, ABB and other brands of PLC, touch screen, etc.; can meet the user's various communication requirements from Profibus, Modbus, to Ethernet connection.

The optional HIF load energy-saving control system can more accurately control the regenerative energy consumption under the condition of ensuring the performance; compared with the fixed cycle control mode, it can save at least 8% of the comprehensive energy consumption.

The optional HDC dew point energy-saving control system can prolong the adsorption time and reduce the comprehensive energy consumption to less than 75% under load fluctuation conditions.
